SWBC builds private villas (including G+1 villas), low-rise residential buildings, extensions and additions in Dubai. We also provide building maintenance and licensed electrical works.
Do you work from my consultant's drawings, or can you handle the design too?
Both. We can build to the approved drawings from your consultant (main contracting), or coordinate the design, approvals and construction as one package (design and build).
How do I get a quotation?
Send your drawings, plot details or a short brief by WhatsApp or through the contact form. We review them and send an itemised quotation based on the bill of quantities.
